Payment can be made in cash, cheque or bank draft in Indian Rupees (INR) only. All cheques / bank drafts to be drawn in favor of "Suraj Exports", payable at Jaipur. If you have chosen to make the payment by cheque or bank draft, then please place an order with complete details and send it to:

100% cash in advance or T/T in our name for retail orders.
Confirmed, irrevocable, transferable or sight and easily negotiable letter of credit in our favor opened through any International Bank of repute.

Return Policy
At Suraj Exports, all sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges. Under some special circumstances solely at our discretion, we will accommodate your request, sent via email to anuj@surajexports.com. In the case of any error on our part such as a wrong item, we will take the shipping charges on us and will send you the correct item.



Terms & Conditions

1. Availability of the products listed on the website are subject to change, modifications, or discontinuance without notice.
2. We, at Suraj Exports, reserves the right to accept or reject your offer.
3. Suraj Exports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and whether the payment has been sent. In the event that the payment has been processed, we shall immediately issue a credit to you and notify you of the same.
4. Any request for cancellation of orders placed shall not be entertained.
5. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address), any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
6. Suraj Exports shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all material presented on www.surajexports.com (including but not limited to text, photographs or graphical images), are the property of Suraj Exports, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. We, at Suraj Exports, reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user is therefore advised to read carefully there terms and conditions.
9. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.
10. Suraj Exports shall not be responsible for any consequential losses or damages arising out of delay in any respect.
11. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts at Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
12. The payment should be made within 30 days of presenting the invoice. An interest of 18% per annum will be charged for delayed payment.
13. You may be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for ANY reason. If this is to happen, we will give you the best possible solutions such as voiding the order, replacing it with a similar substitutable item. In such a case and for ANY reason, if the order is cancelled, then the amount authorized will NOT be charged. In other words, we may NOT charge for the funds to process into our Bank Account.
