For normal ordering of one or two peices, just add the product to enquiry cart, when you finish adding products, just checkout your enquiry cart or click view cart on the top, fill the enquiry form and submit it. Our Sales team will contact you and will tell you all specifications regarding size, stone type, quality, price etc. For wholesale orders or customized orders, please fill the relevant form, with specifications, designs if any and similar product's code (In case of different stone) etc. so that we may understand your requirement better.

4. Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?

Most products here are handicraft items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. But Suraj Exports guarantees that the product will match told specifications and all our products are best in quality.

5. From where are the items bought?
Suraj Exports is manufacturer & exporter of all its products. We have our own team of skillfull craftsmen and experts, with more than 15 years of experience we establish our goodwill only with the help of our unique designs and quality items which you find nowhere else.

6. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
We believe in the mantra of "On-time delivery". The smaller quantity or as agreed order is completed and shipped within 30-35 days to the destination of your choice. But please, allow up to 8 to 10 weeks for customized orders (if ANY) to be shipped. If you require the products urgently, we can dispatch them by air transport.
When determining the arrival day of your purchase, please count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed & only AFTER the funds are authorized to process into our Bank Account.

7. What is the mode of delivery?
Delivery of items is made through renowned courier services. Customer should specify preferred shipping carrier. If not specified, Suraj Exports will assign the carrier without assuming responsibility for delivery time or charges.

8. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

9. Can I return sold items?
